Join together DAILY on Zoom and YouTube, 8pm to 9pm everyday from 8th-28th of March 2025.

### About this Free 21-Day Meditation Course

Free online meditation course to discover and establish inner peace & joy for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Daily live and recorded sessions for everyone. Beginners and advanced yogis/meditators can benefit. Previous experience in meditation is not necessary.

Through Sahaja Yoga meditation, we will awaken our inner energy and learn simple balancing techniques that enable positive changes within us. As we progress each day, we will soon notice that our thoughts reduce whereby our body and mind relax.

Over 21 days, our online team will guide us through the knowledge of our roots towards deeper levels of meditation. This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already meditate.
